If you’re seeking help with housing-related challenges, our agency is here to assist you. At CAC, we offer a range of housing services designed to support individuals and families in various housing situations. Whether you are currently housed, experiencing homelessness, at risk of becoming homeless, in transition from homelessness to permanent housing, or receiving public housing assistance, we are here to help. Additionally, we provide eligible renters with access to affordable rental properties.
Upon determination of eligibility, a case manager may be able to assist with:
- Addressing past-due rent payments
- Dealing with court orders of eviction
- Securing funding for your first month’s rent
- Rapid Rehousing – swiftly connecting homeless individuals and families with essential resources and case management to secure permanent housing
- Preventing utility termination
- Accessing our food pantry services
- Providing valuable information and referrals to other community programs
We define “homeless” as individuals and families whose nighttime residence is in a public or private place not intended for human habitation, or those residing in a public or private shelter. Please don’t hesitate to visit our agency for more information and to apply for our services. Your journey toward stable housing starts here at CAC.
